Canestrato with Pistachio

Among the products of our dairy, we have also included pistachio canestrato, a soft cheese made from sheep’s and cow’s milk and enhanced by the crunchy texture of whole pistachios.

The flavor is sweet and fruity and lends itself well to raw consumption on boards of traditional Italian cheeses.
