Gem at Barolo

Enrico and Francesco, on their trips to the Langa and Roero, always on the lookout for fine wines, came up with the idea of creating this product using only the king of Alba wines: the famous “Barolo.”

Having found the right affinity, it was decided to call this cured meat “GEMMA,” precious in name and substance.
