Noble Butter

A unique and extraordinary product from a supply chain that puts animal welfare at the center. The study was conducted, in collaboration with Lattemilia, by the University of Bologna.

The cows are fed a large amount of fresh fodder from our pastures and flaxseed. As is now well known, CLA and Omega 3 are a valuable aid in fighting cholesterol, and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. This butter comes from cream from our local area and is lactose-free.
