Its creamy appearance and intense fragrance are basically due to the freshness of milk sourced exclusively from pastures in Lazio. Great on its own or as a topping for a wide variety of foods (from coffee to pasta), with honey, jams and with cocoa it becomes a quick, light and delicious dessert.
