This yogurt was born from the encounter with one of the most beloved delicacies of the Italian confectionery tradition: the Piedmont Hazelnut I.G.P. An all-Piedmont delicacy transformed into a velvety cream with an intense flavor and enhanced by the dense softness typical of Val d’Aveto strained yogurt.

The yogurt undergoes a specific whey removal treatment (straining process) that makes it thick and creamy.
