Sovereign Sausage, stuffed into natural casings, has always characterized our production. Lean, prime meats are used, and it contains no added fat, a quality that will be noticeable when the sausage itself is cooked through reduced consumption. The spice blend is an old recipe from Gino Barberis, modified over the years by his son Francesco considering the changes that pork has undergone over the decades.
