The Marella farm was born from the passion of the Marella brothers, who were first breeders and in the 1960s they decided to directly transform the milk through an artisan dairy. The same passion handed down to their children will give life to "Formaggi Boccea" a larger and more modern dairy that, through modern technologies, guarantees the craftsmanship of the past while respecting nature, producing ricotta and cheeses with green energy.
