Who we are?Rennet, cultures, and probiotics are the ingredients that we have been producing for the past 150 years. They are all natural ingredients, essential for the production of many foods and drinks that we consume daily, including many food supplements for the well-being of the whole family.
Rennet is a natural ingredient originally of animal origin with an abundant amount of enzymes such as chymosin and pepsin which are essential for the coagulation of milk in the production of cheeses.
Cultures, also known as lactic acid bacteria (LAB), are micro-organisms primarily responsible for the fermentation of naturally occuring lactose sugars in milk and for the production of various foods including dairy products, cured meats, baked goods, vegetable preserves, and much more.
Probiotics are live and vital micro-organisms that successfully thrive in the intestine, colonize it, and bring a positive and beneficial effect on the health of the host organism.
What world it would be without our ingredients? Many finished products that we eat everyday, for breakfast, lunch or dinner, but also after sports, would not exist without our ingredients. Don't you believe it? Find out below.
