Aged a minimum of 35 days. The product weekly is checked, turned over and brushed with a salt and water solution. Due to centripetal ripening, its dough is uniform and firm, softer under the rind and crumblier in the center of the form.<\/p>\n<div class=\"uncode_text_column\">\n<p>Intense aroma accompanied by enveloping creaminess.
