The Frescolat dairy has been operating in the foothills area of the Marca Trevigiana since 1994. Over time, the family-run business, while preserving its roots in the local area and its passion for the artisanal dairy tradition, has transformed itself while maintaining a constant eye on the future. It is here that, starting with Italian milk from the foothills of the Veneto region, Frescolat produces a wide range of fresh cheeses, both cow’s milk-especially stracchino, the flagship of the company’s production-short-aged cheeses from the great cheese-making tradition of the area. To meet the needs of discerning customers, Frescolat also offers a line of certified organic cheeses, and a line of cheeses made with goat’s milk from sheepfolds in the Montello area, also in the Treviso area. Versatility, rigor in production and freshness allow Frescolat to present itself as a reliable partner for the Horeca channel and the food industry.
