In 1980 from a sole proprietorship it became “Salumificio Brugnolo Giancarlo S.p.A.” The Noventa Padovana plant produces:

– Typical salami from Veneto, sopresse, Hungarian type, Milan, Naples, fresh sausages and cotechini
– Pre-cooked products: Cotechini, Zamponi, Shank
– Sliced Cold Cuts in Take-Away Pouches
– Cooked hams

The company is equipped with a laboratory with a slicing and packaging line in a protective atmosphere. All of our products are allergen and gluten free. The company is IFS Food certified. The main customers are large-scale retail trade, wholesalers, specialty stores and are mainly located in northern Italy.
