Strict herd selection procedures, efficient milk collection and treatment system, state-of-the-art technology, and production and logistics know-how complete our value proposition. In 2022 the new plant in Vinchiaturo, in the province of Campobasso, will become fully operational: in addition to the expansion of production space, a complex system for the valorization of whey, a by-product of dairy processing, will allow the production of biogas, water and electricity for self-consumption, and the production of one kilogram of fiordilatte with energy savings of more than 40 percent.
