The dairy business was born over 70 years ago in the lush Bergamo plain, an area with a renowned dairy tradition. Specialized in the production of typical Lombard cheeses, 3B Latte adopts a dairy processing procedure that is based on traditional techniques, combined with an innovative production approach: artisanal knowledge is thus combined with the most modern technologies and the use of cutting-edge machinery, in the different production phases, to guarantee healthy, tasty and quality products.

Over the years the dairy has wanted to enrich its range of products with spreadable and flowery rind cheeses by developing processes with goat and buffalo milk; Furthermore, since the beginning of 2018 the company has included lactose-free goat’s milk cheeses. Our desire is to offer foods that contribute to a healthy and balanced diet for everyday life. The production of the cheeses is entrusted to highly specialized personnel, who work the milk by hand with the same skill that distinguished the old Lombard cheesemakers.

All production phases are carried out and taken care of down to the smallest detail. The systems used to process milk and other raw materials are of the latest generation and ensure absolute food quality and hygiene. The company processes on average over 40,000 liters of milk per day. The entire production chain, from milk collection, through processing, maturing, packaging and distribution, is subjected to rigorous controls in order to maintain the hygiene and quality standards of the products at the highest levels. Attention to food quality and safety are fundamental in the activity of Caseificio 3B Latte, which has a modern laboratory for milk analysis. These procedures allow us to offer the final consumer a cheese that is always fresh, healthy and with incredible organoleptic qualities.
