The origins of Bassi S.p.A., a leading company in the production of Gorgonzola PDO, date back to 1890, and for 4 generations it has been paying special attention to all stages of the entire production chain, from the selection of raw materials, to the production of ferments, to the procedures adopted in the production, seasoning and packaging. Milk is collected using proprietary tanks from the best farms in the typical PDO areas of origin in order to best ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
