The Marella Farm was born from the passion of the Marella brothers, who were first farmers and decided in the 1960s to process milk directly through an artisanal dairy. The same passion passed down to their children, will give birth to “Formaggi Boccea” a larger and more modern dairy that through modern technologies guarantees the craftsmanship of the past while respecting nature, producing ricotta and cheese with green energy.
