The wide range of products includes regional sausages: Cotechini, Toscanelle, Milano, Cooked Salami, Cresponi, Filzette of various sizes, Rolled Pancette, Agliate, Goose Salami and Liver Mortadelle. The pride of the house are the typical Biellese products: Salame della Duja, Asinello, Lardo Ducale, Potato Salami, Sanguinaccio and Salamella Biellese. The latest registered trademarked products are “Birrino,” a salami created in collaboration with Menabrea Brewery, and “Naturello,” a salami low in salt and rich in flavor that is increasingly meeting with the approval of the health market, created in collaboration with LILT, Lega Italiana Lotta Tumori. It is worth mentioning that the entire production range contains no milk or dairy products.
