Montanari & Gruzza

Montanari & Gruzza was established between Parma and Reggio Emilia in 1950 and is still run by the third generation of the founding partners’ families. From the earliest days of its history, the characteristic activity has been the collection of milk from the area to produce butter and Parmigiano Reggiano dop. Today the company, in addition to boasting its own organic supply chain consisting of breeding and dairy located in the mountains of Parma, creates dedicated supply chains in collaboration with local farmers using fresh milk and cream collected daily to offer a highly diversified range of high-quality Italian butter and Parmigiano Reggiano dop, which includes mostly dairy specialties.
