CAO Formaggi is an agricultural cooperative society established in 1966 that now has 630 members, 110 employees and a production value of 30,024,773.
The company’s core business is dedicated to the production of top quality sheep’s milk cheeses, highly differentiated in terms of product, market and sales channel, and has as its main objective the creation of economic value for the member.
In 2005, the Cooperative obtained recognition as a Producer Organization, thus expanding its membership base and ensuring the protection of its products from fluctuations in the sheep and goat market.
