Fresh Pecorino

A Sicilian soft cheese, 100% sheep’s milk.
Fresh pecorino has a cylindrical shape with flat faces, on which the grooves left by the baskets can be seen. Short aging gives Sicilian pecorino a milky flavor with sweet notes and a soft texture that is easy to slice.
