Family Salami is made by grinding lean pork meat mixed with pork fat in appropriate proportions, mixed with the addition of flavorings according to various recipes. It is a small-sized sausage with a very delicate flavor, made only from lean pork and bacon. Each sausage in the package weighs about 200gr and is around 15cm long.
Medium-grain pure pork salami stuffed into natural gut and hand-tied according to Piedmontese tradition.
